Yes. You only pay for your service, directly at the salon. Cutz charges no booking fee.
Do I need an account?
No. Your name, email and phone number are enough to book. An account lets you find your appointments and your usual hairdressers.
When do I pay?
On site, after the service. No card is required to book and nothing is charged online.
How do I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel online up to 24 hours before, from the link in your confirmation email or from your account. After that, the salon’s conditions apply.
What if the hairdresser cancels?
You are notified by email and have nothing to pay. You can then choose another time or another salon.
